Welcome to Recovery, an injury diagnosis, rehabilitation and therapy service, which has been created to deliver various therapies at our base in Albrighton or in the comfort of your own home; making it easy and convenient to access diagnosis and treatment. As a qualified therapist I am able to provide a range of therapies from sports massage, mobilisations, exercise prescription, musculoskeletal injury assessment, treatment and rehabilitation through strength and conditioning.
I was trained at Birmingham City University where I attained First Class Honours in Sports Therapy. I have a wide range of clinical experience of working with Warwickshire County Cricket Club, Telford United Football Club and the University’s Injury Clinic.
My ethos is to assist Recovery from Injury, enhance Repair through rehabilitation and Rebuild your overall fitness.
Currently, I am operating on both a mobile and clinical basis delivering treatment and rehabilitation for a range of complaints and injuries. My focus and goal is returning you to training and competing in sport or just enhancing your mobility as well as improving your health and mental wellbeing.
